You are required to do the associated work and keep up with the lessons by the dates listed.
There are three ways to watch the video.

  2. MP4 Link - this is the pure video and can play in most browsers
  3. Download - right-click on the MP4 link, click on "save-as" (or something similar) and save the file to your computer. Then find the file and it will play on your computer.
