Enza Tartaglia-Castro is the Director and founder of Healthy 4 Life Centre Inc. She is a Classical Homeopath, Holistic Nutritionist and Holistic Iridologist.
Enza is recognized for her expertise in detoxification, weight loss, the Mediterranean diet, holistic nutrition and homeopathic medicine. She specializes in creating customized meal plans for all ages and for all health concerns. With over 25 years of experience, Enza has a passion to help others achieve total wellness by taking charge of their own health and vitality through nutrition and lifestyle. Through homeopathy, Enza has provided relief to individuals for many ailments from anxiety, fear, menopause, skin disorder, allergies, high blood pressure, headaches, premenstrual syndrome and acute illnesses such as cold, flu, bladder infection, prostate swelling and much more. She is an advocate of detoxification and offers cleansing programs four times per year.
She has participated as a guest speaker at several venues and she co-authored a children’s snack recipe book called “Munch, Yum, Grow Snacks” that is aimed at helping parents provide healthy snacks to preschool and adolescent kids.
She earned her Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Food & Nutrition from Ryerson University in Toronto. She graduated with First Class Honours at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto where she earned her RNCP/ROHP. Her Iridology Diploma is from the International Institute of Iridology. She also earned her Diploma of Homeopathy from the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine in Toronto. During the following years, she became a Certified Fitness Consultant and worked in both fitness facilities and Wellness Centres helping others achieve their fitness goals.
